Privacy policy.

The short version

This website is designed to collect as little information about you as possible. It has no accounts, no tracking pixels of our own, and no database. The inquiry form does not store or transmit your details to this website’s servers — it prepares an email in your own email application, which you choose whether to send.

Information you send us

When you use the inquiry form, your name, email address, organization, and message are used only to compose a pre-addressed email on your device. Nothing is saved by this website. If you send that email, we receive it like any other correspondence and use it solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you engage us, to provide our services.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs — such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps — for security and operational purposes. These logs are retained by the host under its own policies and are not used by us to identify or profile visitors.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies for advertising or analytics. Any cookie that may be set is strictly technical, placed by the hosting platform to serve the site reliably.

How we use correspondence

Email you send us is used to answer your questions, evaluate whether we are a fit for your organization, and carry out any engagement you agree to. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We share it only when required by law or with service providers (such as email hosting) that are necessary to operate our business.

Confidentiality

Financial information shared with us in the course of an inquiry or engagement is treated as confidential. Engagement-specific confidentiality terms are set out in each engagement agreement.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us at any time to correct or delete correspondence and contact information we hold about you, subject to records we are required to keep. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local data-protection law. To exercise any of these, email us at the address below.

Links to other sites

This site may link to third-party websites. Their privacy practices are their own, and this policy does not cover them.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new “last updated” date.
